That's an increase of 21% overall. 28% more new clients walked into our center for food, clothing and supplies. 30% more new clients engaged in one-on-one guidance conversations. 73% more new clients participated in our small groups! 6% more new clients met us on outreach in Austin and 42% more in San Marcos! Overall, our amazing team spent 34% more time with new clients this year! Time spent is the key. It normally takes a couple years of engagement to approximate a year of therapy work, but it is so valuable! Simple things or even housing helps but they do not typically turn lives around at this age. Consistent, loving guidance for the issues they face in their young developing lives is very effective.
