One client recently started a new security job at Amazon while still experiencing homelessness.

That step matters. Choosing to begin working while homeless takes determination, structure, and hope. It means showing up even when daily life remains uncertain. Again and again, we see that work can become the beginning of larger change.

Another client followed a similar path. He also began working while homeless and has now moved into his own apartment. He has stayed consistent in his warehouse job, maintaining that stability even while looking ahead for something better.

What encourages us most is that he is not settling. He recognizes he is not advancing where he is and is actively searching for a stronger opportunity.

These stories remind us that progress often begins before everything is in place. Sometimes work starts first, and stability follows.
