More Than Just a Workshop

This week’s creativity group focused on making herbal salves, and it quickly became more than just a hands on activity.

Conversations naturally opened up around herbs, self care, creating, and personal passions. What started as a simple project turned into a space where clients could engage, share, and reconnect with parts of themselves that often get overlooked.
