Three Things:choosing where, when and how for important conversations
Important Conversations: Choosing the Medium, Place and Time

Three personal communication tips cover the medium, setting and timing of an important conversation.
The presenter recommends choosing the communication medium deliberately, considering face-to-face conversation, a phone call or video rather than defaulting to a written message. A second recommendation is to consider whether the conversation needs privacy or other people nearby.
The third tip concerns timing: consider schedules, the chance to unwind and when each person can think carefully. The presenter encourages following a deliberate plan rather than changing it by accident. These are personal recommendations, not evidence that a public place or a particular medium guarantees safety or controls another personβs reaction.
